Welcome to Carinya Park
We are a small American Miniature Mediterranean Donkey Stud located in Victoria, Australia.
Coming from a background of horse-keeping, riding, equine welfare, and competition, we are naturally lovers of all things Equine. The American Miniature Mediterranean Donkey however, with its gentle and affectionate nature, and intelligent outlook, has really won our hearts.
Our goal is to breed quality American Miniature Mediterranean Donkeys who possess excellent conformation, are true to type, true to the breed standard, and, just as importantly, who possess wonderful temperaments which endear them to their owners and make them not only excellent show prospects, but much loved and valued family members.
'Carinya' is an Aboriginal word meaning 'happy home', and we certainly hope that we are succeeding in providing that for our Equine family!
